ABOUT US

Feather Lakes Homeowners Association is a State of Florida registered non-profit corporation, incorporated on February 23, 1990. We are governed under the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and Chapter 720 of the State of Florida statutes. The Feather Lakes Declaration is recorded in the public records of Brevard County, Florida, in Official Record Book 3046, Page 1438, and the Board encourages each member and resident to carefully review the Declaration, and all amendments to the Declaration.

Just as important as a blueprint is to building a home, your Homeowners Association, helps to set the plans to maintain the integrity of our 150 home development.

We work hard to help keep our community a great place to live and own property. Your Association is lead by the all Volunteer Board of Directors- we are your fellow neighbors who graciously donate their time to support the needs of the community.

Board Members are elected annually by the members of the Association. We welcome additional volunteers to assist with various community activities.
