ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS

The Board of Directors declared the Annual Assessment to be set at $75.00 this year.  Notice of Annual Assessment is sent to all owners of record, as listed on the Brevard Property Appraisers website.

Annual Assessment are due by January 1st., payments received after this day are considered late and subject to late fees after January 16th.

 

The Board of Directors is responsible for collecting all assessments. Property Owners must pay their share of the assessments and cannot avoid payment. The Board cannot excuse an owner from paying his or her share of the assessments. Accordingly, the following is established concerning the collection policies:

By December 1st.

The annual assessment notifications are mailed to homeowners based on information from the Brevard County Property Appraisers office.

By January 1:

Payment is due. Account is delinquent if payment is not received by this date.

 

By January 16th :

A late Fee of $25.00 is assessed Interest of 1.5% per month begins accruing.

By March 5th:

A Certified Letter and First Class Letter with notice of Intent to file Claim of Lien is sent to owner(s) of record.

By May 31:

All accounts that remain unpaid will have a claim of lien instituted for non-payment of Assessments.

The Association relies on receiving owner assessments in a timely manner in order to maintain our community. Late assessments add additional monetary cost and unnecessary burden on the Association. We need your assistance to minimize the impact of late dues.

Help us keep our costs low and prevent rework by paying the Annual Assessment in a timely manner.

We are certain you will find that our assesment amount is amoung the lowest in the County, if not the State!
