Estoppel Certificate requests should be sent via email or by mail to our address at the bottom of the page.

 

Requests are completed as soon as administratively possible;

all requests are responded to within ten (10) days.

Estoppel Certificate Request fee $50.00

Warranty Deed and Estoppel Fee should be remitted to Feather Lakes HOA at closing.

 The Association does not require an approval for the sale or change of ownership within the subdivision. We do not hold a right-of-first-refusal clause in our governing documents.  The sale of homes in our community is at will.
