A 20 foot access and maintenance easement is preserved for the use of Feather Lakes Homeowners Association and all Subdivision Lot Owners for access to and maintenance of Tract A and Tract B.

Please respect the privacy of your neighbors and access the lakes during daylight hours only.  

In the interest of safety, please refrain from swimming or consuming any wildlife from the lakes.

Catch and release practices should be observed at all times.

Our lakes are a welcoming, all-ages, family friendly area. Have respect for others and the lakes. Offensive language including loud/excessive profanity, inappropriate clothing, destruction of property and plants, intoxication, use of drugs, or other disrespectful behaviors will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove and permanently revoke use rights of individuals that are not behaving in the spirit of enjoyment of Feather Lakes Community Lakes.

Entry for Lake B is located between 3654 and 3658 Heron Drive on the left side of Lot 10 (3654 Heron Drive)

Entry for Lake A is located between 613 and 619 Sandpiper Circle on the right side of Lot 32 (613 Sandpiper Circle)
