Leasing Your Property?

Are you considering leasing your property?

We want to make sure that everyone who lives in Feather Lakes enjoys our community. In order to keep up the standards we all expect it is important that all residents understand the Covenants and Restrictions.

Please be aware your lease is required to include the specific verbiage below to ensure that the tenants understand and follow the same obligations of our owners.

“The Leased Premises are part of a Subdivision. All persons occupying the property in Feather Lakes Subdivision are required to observe the Covenants and Restrictions of the Feather Lakes Homeowners Association. Copies of all Covenants and Restrictions are to be obtained from the Landlord.”

You must incorporate the verbiage or utilize the one-time addendum linked here as part of your lease if your current lease doesn't include the language. Your subsequent leases must be updated to meet our HOA requirements.

Don't forget you are obligated to provide the HOA a copy of your lease (and addendum - if included) anytime your property is leased or rented. The lease may be mailed to our PO BOX or emailed to the Association.
